Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Zeb is a skilled Software Engineer and IT expert with extensive experience in digital systems, quality assurance, and institutional management. He has served as Director, Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at Bilal Institute of Nursing and Health Sciences (BINHS), Pakistan, where he contributed to strengthening academic quality standards and digital infrastructure. In addition to his academic leadership role, he plays an important part in supporting the digital initiatives of GBV-DRRN, providing technical assistance and digital security support to survivors of gender-based violence. His expertise in information technology and digital systems enhance the organization’s ability to promote safe and secure digital spaces. He brings innovation, professionalism, and technical excellence to every role he undertakes.

Hassan Ali is an experienced IT Support Engineer with over 14 years of hands-on experience in information technology, technical infrastructure, and security systems management. As Deputy Manager, IT Services at GBV-DRRN, he plays a key role in strengthening the organization’s digital infrastructure, ensuring secure systems, and supporting safe digital environments essential for survivor-centered services. Currently serving at Iqra University (North Campus), Hassan specializes in the installation, operation, and maintenance of comprehensive audiovisual and IT solutions, including interactive systems, video conferencing platforms, and secure network environments. His expertise supports GBV-DRRN’s digital communication, virtual trainings, and confidential service delivery. He brings strong experience in CCTV and IP surveillance, access control, fire alarm systems, PABX, network design, and cybersecurity-oriented infrastructure, gained through professional roles in Pakistan and the UAE. These skills are critical to safeguarding sensitive data, protecting digital platforms, and ensuring uninterrupted IT operations within GBV-DRRN. With a technical background in Instrument Process Control, advanced troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in Windows systems, hardware, networking, and IT coordination, Hassan Ali contributes reliability, innovation, and security-focused leadership to GBV-DRRN’s IT Services Department.
